Carita Beach

Mr. hartono and his family went to Carita Beach last weekend. First, they took a minibus to the bus station. They had to wait fifty minutes for the Carita bus. It was very crowded. Their journey took two hours and twenty minutes. Finally they arrivedat the beach.

Mr. hartono’s children, Sinta and Adi ran quicly to the sea and jumped in. they swam near the beach because Mr. hartono told them to be careful. Mr. and Mrs. Hartono sat on the sand. Mr. Hartono read the newspaper. Mrs. Hartono was very happy that she sang a number of popular songs. Mr.Hartono said,would you like some ice cream dear?” Mrs. Hartono said, “yes,dear.” Mr. Hartono bought her some ice cream and hoped she would stop singing.

It was a great day. They are their picnic lunch and were very happy. Of course there were some bad.

None Of Your Business!

       Last week I went to my sister’s school to see her performance in a drama. First, I looked for the best seat in the school hall. Then, I sat and waited patiently for the drama.

As soon as the drama started, I tried to concentrate on the performance. The drama was good but I did not enjoy it. Because, two children were sitting behind me and they were talking loudly. I got very angry because I could not hear the conversations. So I turned my head and looked at them angrily. They did not pay any attention and kept on talking. Finally, I turned round again and said angrily that I could not hear a word.

To my surprise they told me that if that it was none of my business. I thought they did not understand. What I was trying to say was that I couldn’t hear the drama, not their conversation.

Uncle Martin

        My uncle, Martin, is my mother’s elder brother. He is my favorite among my mother’s brother. He is a very interesting person. He lives quite near of our house with my aunt, Angela and my cousins, Anne and Bob.

Uncle Martin is about 45 years old with grey hair. He’s still quite good looking, tall and well built. He has blue eyes and a stronng face. He wears glasses and takes them off when he’s not working.

He is a textile enginer. He works for a big company in the city. He is an expert in solving problem with mechines. At present, he is in the United States to meet some company’s costumer.

Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono

      Well, I want to tell you about a man. He is a President of Indonesia. His name is Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Usually we call him “SBY”.

He is 62 years old. He looks strong with authority. SBY has round face and pointed nose. He also has brown skin, black hair and a pleasant skin.

Usually, he wears a rimless cup, blazer and tie. He is a good President.

My Holyday

Last summer holiday, my family and I spent one night at the countryside. We stayed in a small house. It had a big garden with lots of colorful flowers and a swimming pool.

First, we made a fire in front of the house. Then, we sat around the fire and sang lots of songs together. After that, we came into the houseand had dinner. Next, we sat in the living room and watched a movie. Finally, everybody fell asleep there.

We woke up very late in rhe morning and had breakfast. In the afternoon we went home. We were all very happy.

EOS Studio

       This morning I and my friends went to EOS studio. It’s not very far from our school, so we just rode our bicycles.

      First, we met shanty and Rico outside the studio. Then, they took us into the studio and showed us around. After that, we had lunch at EOS studio canteen. The food was deliciouc. Before we went home, we took some photographs with shanty and Rico.

       It was tiring but we were very happy.

Elephant

The Sumatran Elephant’s habitat in Sumatra, Indonesia. The male elephant reaches eight feet high and weighs uo to six tons. A baby elephant can weigh up to one tons. The males are always biger than the females.

An elephant has a trunk, two tusks, two eyes, two ears and two lumps on its head. It is known to be cleaver animals. When an  elephant is hot, it fans itself by flapping its ears back and forth.

Sumatran elephants have enough strength to knock down a tree. They can also pick up a log using their trunk and their tusks. Their trunk is their nose. They also use it like a hand. Just bellow their trunk, they have their tusks. Only male sumatran elephants have tusks.
